Protection You Can’t See. Clarity You Can.

The glass you choose is the only thing standing between your artwork and the outside world. At Jubilee Framers, we offer a range of premium glazing options—from standard clear glass to museum-grade acrylic—to ensure your art is both visible and protected.

Why Upgrade Your Glass?

1. Block the "Silent Killer": UV Light

Standard glass only blocks about 45% of UV rays. Over time, the remaining 55% will cause paper to yellow and colors to fade. Our Conservation and Museum options block 99% of UV rays, essentially acting as a permanent sunscreen for your art.

2. Eliminate Distracting Reflections

Standard glass acts like a mirror in bright rooms. Museum Glass and Anti-Reflective options use a specialized coating (similar to camera lenses) that allows more light to pass through, making the glass virtually disappear so you only see the artwork.

3. Safety & Weight (Acrylic)

For very large frames or high-traffic areas (like kids' rooms or public foyers), we recommend Conservation Grade Acrylic. It is shatterproof, half the weight of glass, and provides the same 99% UV protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. We have "half-and-half" display units in our Kelvin Grove studio that show the same image under standard glass versus Museum glass. The difference is usually startling.
