Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

Jubilee Framers currently ships within Australia only and does not offer international delivery.

Thank you for shopping with Jubilee Framers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inform you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.
